Ground Pork Banh Mi - grilled pork patties, hoisin sauce,  pickled vegetables, cilantro, baguette, french fries 

Salmon with Sun Dried Tomato Cream Sauce - baked salmon, sun dried tomato, wine, cream, parsley, cauliflower

Polenta & Tomato (vegetarian) - pan fried polenta cake, blistered tomatoes, burrata, herbs
