Our new Christmas tradition! We always do a girl's night and Christmas gift exchange . Looking for something new we decided to try The Whisk. Food was awesome as well as the service, we felt welcomed and at home from the minute we walked in! Started with the house made pimento cheese don't skip on this one! We will make this our new Christmas but know we will be back way before that. Thank you for this little gem in Greencastle! Merry Christmas and a very happy New Year

Wonderful owners and great cocktails. The flights are excellent and the live music when it happens will put you in the right mood. Be sure to visit when in Greencastle, or make a special trip.

Decided to visit Whisk while visiting for the Holidays. It had a great atmosphere and even without a reservation we were able to be sat very quickly. Our waitress was wonderful and made sure to check in on us multiple time My boyfriend ordered the Dream Dram and only had great things to say about the drink 10/10 recommend. We ordered from their holiday menu, the eggs and bacon Florentine and the hot chicken and waffles. Let me tell you, the potatoes with the Florentine were AMAZING. At one point Joel even stopped by our table to check in. All around it was a great place and I’m looking forward to the next time I’m in town to stop by again.

Omg… one of the coolest places to hang. Great drinks, great food, great atmosphere. The owners Joel and Latoshia love to interact with the guests. They are super knowledgeable with the whiskey and cocktails. And the small menu is perfectly curated curated and expertly crafted. We always have a great time here and always end up meeting someone new!

If I could give six stars I would; the atmosphere is the best part so I’ll start with that. It’s homey without being cloying and the vibe is relaxed and friendly and welcoming to all. I’ve gone in with six friends and I’ve gone alone and it was great fun both ways. The proprietors have truly excellent way of making everyone feel comfortable no matter what they need.

The whiskey-based cocktails are delicious and creative with a few standards and several seasonally rotating new ones, plus frequent “special occasion” concoctions that are very fun. I actually prefer to have a flight if I am planning to stay awhile (available at several price points) because the proprietors will talk to you about each of the choices and it’s different each time. The whiskey selection is extensive and though I don’t have a broad knowledge of whiskeys I never feel dumb when I order (and that says a lot about the owners). I think Id love it even more if I did know about whiskey!

The food is good too— tastes fresh and home-made perhaps because a lot of the recipes are home recipes. There is a limited menu and it’s not really a full restaurant but the options include at least one delicious vegetarian meal each week, and one delicious meal with meat on Friday when they serve dinner. I’ve only been to the brunch once and the french toast was definitely tasty.

Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian appetizers and on Fridays and Sundays when they have full meals there is at least one veg option.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are allowed and welcomed! Just saying that to be really clear.
