About the owners
The owners of The Whisk are Joel & Tosh, true whiskey lovers. Not only do they love distillery tours, whiskey tastings, and hunting for those rare finds, they also love teaching others about this delicious spirit! The Whisk grew out of a passion to be in the community and to engage with others in meaningful ways. Whiskey is meant to be shared, and even more so, meant to be an experience that you talk about for years to come. The Eversons are consummate hosts, they have been sharing their love for whiskey along with their collection with friends for years. The Whisk is an organic extension of their love for sharing with others.

The Whisk is a play on whiskey, but also a symbol of bringing things together.
The Whisk grew out of a passion to be in the community and to engage with others in meaningful ways. Whiskey is meant to be shared, and even more so, meant to be an experience that you talk about for years to come.
The Eversons are consummate hosts, they have been sharing their love for whiskey along with their collection with friends for years.
The Whisk is an organic extension of their love for sharing with others. As Joel & Tosh toured distillery after distillery they kept asking themselves, “what if we hosted a whiskey tasting experience in Greencastle?”
So, after much deliberation, they did just that in September of 2021. And so The Whisk began.
Our mission is to provide a space where neighbors and visitors alike come together to enjoy one another.
